Tie-Dyed & Twisted (Part 2)

Aah...a beautiful muggy Wednesday night with random sprinkles to send the humidity to the top of the charts. Sounds like the perfect night to play the #1 team in the league (great night to have to work, Brian!)

The 10 minute "volley for serve" told us it was going to be a very long night. Our dreams of serving The Crusaders their first loss was not to be. No need to go into details since Tadd already took care of that. All I can say is that The Crusaders were polished hitting machines that night. Apparently all you have to do is wear a blue shirt and carry a Y chromosome and suddenly, nothing but rockets fly off your hand. The double-Xs were doing their share too. Nothing could get through this Smurf Village. Heartbreaking loss...but not that unexpected.

Great volleys, great hits, great blocks...nothing but great clean volleyball. Just the way I like it (except for the loss obviously).

Excellent playing, Crusaders!!
